After a life of working and raising kids, Sally has spent the last decade persuing her passions. She moved to her favorite place on the central coast of California, and has dedicated herself to many artistic endeavors. Art has been an interest whose time has come in Sally's life. She has dabbled in watercolor, colored pencil drawing, glass tile and broken plate mosaic, but when glass art come into her life, she found her place and her people. Stained glass was her door into this world and making hot glass beads has become her main endeavor. During the last several years she has had the great opportunity to learn from some really fabulous glass artists. Corrina Tettinger , Leah Fairbanks, Sharon Peters, Anastasia, John Rizzi, Jackie Marr and Hayley Tsang are included in her list of teachers.
Sally finds her inspiration in nature. Her beads reflect the abundance of beauty around her, including the ocean, the mountains, the trees and even the creatures of the area.
